Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have had someone served with an Injunction against harassment. She is disputing it and I have to appear in court. I am getting the reports from the times I have called the police on her. I also know that she has been in rehab for Oxycodone and is still taking it. She also has 3 DUIs that she got in the past year (within 7 weeks) Is there a way I can legally get this information for the judge.

The DUIs should be public record. All you need to do is request a copy of the police record. It may be harder to get confirmation that she has been in rehab, although I think that alone would be public record (although not what was discussed in treatment). Provide copies of any documents to the judge as soon as possible but at least at the hearing. The rest you will just have to state on the record (say out loud at the hearing). Best of luck!

Joan :)
