Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I was servered piliminary injunction for divorce papers. I agree with it all and contest nothing but I do want to go back to my maiden name do I need to file an answer to these papers to do that?

You may be able to reach an agreement with your Husband to do so; but, to insure that your request is honored, yes, a Response would be appropriate.
