serving respondant's attorney

I need to serve my Ex-husband for Expedited Order to Appear. He has an attorney. Can I have a process server, serve his attorney?

Don't waste your time with a process server. Call the attorney's office and ask if they will sign an acceptance of service. They should because they are required to save costs.
