Can my seventeen year old daughter emancipate from her father and not her Mother?

No. Emancipation, if declared or granted, would apply to both parents. I have, in the past, prepared a "Joint Declaration of Emancipation" when all parties are in agreement.

Please call me directly if that interests you.
