Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

If I signed over power of attorney to the biological father of my son, and was told I could revoke it at any time, but now (2 years later) have been informed it is too late, what can I do to get my now 16 year old son to live with me again? The biological father never had to pay any child support and there was never any paternity established.

You can to file a "Habues Corpus" action if no paternity orders have ever been entered, or a paternity action.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
