Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My sister was addicted to prescription drugs and ended up using meth. He husband went to jail for endangerment of an underage child (which he had intercourse with) she was 14 at the time. He has now got out of jail and my sister is now clean. He wants to make things work with her and she wants nothing to do with him so in retaliation he came today to where she is living (which is her inlaws extra house) where she has been living for the past 5 months. he came in and packed up their clothes and took them to his parents house. he is currently on probation and she is scared to call the police due to retaliation that they will kick her out of the house which they already told her that she has to be out by the 31st so that he can move into the house with the boys. she has custody of the boys due to him being in jail. need to now what the law is because I told her that she needs to call the police and have them brought back to her.

Your sister needs to get herself and the children to a safe place. If she has custody of the children, and she is not keeping them safe CPS can potentially get involved.
