Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

my sister lives in Arizona. She is going through a divorce. My question is. She has a mobile home that she owns and put on his 2 1/2 acre property that he had before they got married. That is the home they resided in. Can he get a restraining order and kick her off his property if that is her home? they have been married 4 years. He is threating her with the house. Its not even in his name. She is trying to find property to move it. Can he put a time limit on how long she can have it on his porperty before he can claim it?

A retraining order could be issued if he could claim that she has committed acts of domestic violence. Otherwise, her Judge would be able to address allowing her to remain in the residence while the matter is pending.

We can certainly help her consider and then pursue her options regarding the residence.
