Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

my sister passed away in november she left three kids that i have had since her passing all three different fathers my niece has no known father my oldest nephews father is willing to sign over rights and the other nephews father is going to fight. theyhave been living with me and my wife and daughter and i also provide for my mother. i just wana deep all the kids together. their fathers are all drunks . what papers or process do i need to start

First, I would envourage you to act quickly. You have a couple of options: TITILE 8 GUARDIANSHIP (permanent guardinaship) or probate Guardinaship (voluntary/temporary).
