Are the social worker have right to say that I have no right to my childrens.

Yes the social workers are employed by the state to insure that your children are being adequately protected and raised. You have the right to object to any of their findings and present your case in court. If you cannot afford an attorney for these court proceedings, you should ask the court to appoint an attorney for you so that they can adequately protect your parenting rights.
