Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have sole custody of my child and ex pays support thru wage garnishment. She just informed us she is moving out of the country and will not be working when she does so. Should I file for modification of child support before she leaves so that there are legal ramifications if she does not continue to pay when she leaves the country? Or should I wait to see if she does in fact keep paying? We are on terrible terms and everything had to be through a process server and hearings in the past to even get her to pay support at all. She is still in arrears. Thank you,

Yes... it will be difficult to serve her when she leaves. It makes sense to file for a modification on the issue of parenting time, parenting location and child support. Give me a call at 602 462 1004 so that we can get this handled for you. Stephanie Coulter will make arrangements for us to get together.
