Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I have sole custody of my children. My ex husband has visitation rights. He was recently arrested for domestic abuse of his live in girlfriend. What recourse do I have as far as future visitations go?

You can file a petition to modify the parenting agreement such that he would have to have, say, supervised visitation only or less frequent visitation or whatever the court decides is appropriate change, if any. Let me know if you'd like further help.
You could and should seek a modification of your orders if you believe he presents a danger to your children.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your modification options.
