what can I do to get my son back? My mom and dad said thay had custody of my son and thay don't I do but thay do have co-guardianship so thay could take him to the doc! I was lied to for 8 yrs from them and now I know i'm tring to get him back and my mom took off out of state with him what do I do

You could and should file a "warrant for immediate production". This alleges that someone has your child without legal permission. OR, we may need to first terminate the "co-guardianship".
