My Son

My fourteen year old son lives with me but he is suppose to go see his dad in another state for the summer but his dad is gone twenty one days a month and home fourteen and that would leave my son with his dads girlfriend DO I HAVE TO LET HIM GO?

The only way you could change your current parenting plan would be to file a motion to modify visitation. If you do not allow him to go, it would be violating the original decree, which I am assuming grants dad parenting time in the Summer.
