My son wants to live with me

My son lives with his dad in New York. He is 14 years old and wants to live with me, but is afraid to ask his dad. What can he do? Who can he talk to? I live in Arizona.

Sounds like jurisdiction is in NY. YOu might want to talk to a lawyer in the county in which your son resides unless for some reason jurisdiction is here by agreement.
