My son is 15 years old has a new born son but the maternal grandmother took full costody of my new born grand son without the consent of my son or me. My son was told to sign some papers but ws told they were papers need to be sign for discharge of the baby what can he do to get his parental rights. He Afro American and the mother is Spanish
