Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My sons baby was taken from him today by child services in Arizona . He was given custody of her in court in December after the mother tried to kill herself and is an alcoholic and was neglecting the baby while he was working. When it first happened child services had put a safety plan in effect saying neither parent could be alone with her. He moved to his brothers house and is not near the mother. They said he was violating the safety plan. Does the court ordered custody supersede this plan

Court ordered custody does not supersede CPS. If CPS believes a parent is endangering the child, CPS can and will intervene. Your son should probably speak to an attorney to help him get his son back.
