My son's father would like to voluntarily give up his parental rights. How would I go about getting the paperwork for him to sign?

I can draft such for you in one day. You may want to pounce on him while he remains willing. I have a strong "Relinquishment of Parental Rights" document that has been developed over a period of years by myself and another attorney, which has been upheld in each instance when a parent tried to change their mind later.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your matter.
