I have been getting spousal maintenance from my divorce settlement 3 yrs. ago and am suppose to get it for 2 more years. My exhusband recently went on permanent disability. How does this affect my spousal maintenance?

Generally speaking going on disability is a changed circumstance because income is probably reduced. Your spouse can file a petition based upon the income difference and the court may modify its order regarding spousal support.
