Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Spousal support

My spousal support is going to go down to $800 a month starting next year for two years and then nothing. I have to right to return to court and have it keep on and need to have it put back to its original status of $1600 a month. There is no way I can live on my SS of %546 a month. Can I file in CA or do I have to go back to AZ. ALso, is there any way I can find an attorney who will not charge very much for this? Thank you.

Re: Spousal support

from the facts given so far, i am assuming your dissolution took place in arizona rather than in california..is that correct? if you can email our office directly today with more detailed information on where the divorce took place, why you feel you need an extension on the $1600 per month support amount, as well as a basic description of what the court ordered spousal support decree says regarding maintaining your $1600 per month status, our law firm may be able to further assist you legally and/or represent you in this matter for a very affordable rate in getting you justice.

Re: Spousal support

You would have to go back to the court that issued the spousal support order.
