Spousal Support after Retirement
My spouse will be retiring from USAF in six months. Our divorce decree says I am to contnue getting spousal support after he retires. Since the USAF will not send an allotment then, is he required by Law to continue paying this support?

The decree controls. I will assume there is no language in the decree that alters the provision upon his retirement. Re-read that section and, if there seems to be a difficulty, call your lawyer and go over it. A phone consult should suffice.
