Ex spouse trying to get check stub

We have an Ex spouse that wants to call my husbands employer and get a copy of his check stub. His child support is taken out of his check weekly and is 100% current. Does his employer have a right to give it to her without a court order? She is supposed to carry men ins on daughter and has not. We do at a cost of $47.00 a week. She owes us $11,000 on taxes that we paid on her behalf. These are both in the divorce decree. She does not act in good faith.

If there is a child support order, there is a statute that sayd she is entitled to contact his employer to request information regarding his pay.
