Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Can he do this?

My spouse just filed a petition for

divorce. I have 20 days to respond.

He has asked that I keep the vehicle

along with the lien. It is only in his

name right now. He emailed me this

morning saying that he was going to

cancel the insurance on the vehicle.

Can he do this?

He should not be canceling the insurance. I would call the insurance company and let them know you disagree with that.
