Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Spouse responsability

If a husband goes to jail in Arizona for a DUI, loses his job, his house, and owns thousands of dollars in legal fees and fines, how much responsibility falls on the wife to pay his debts if she leaves him? Her name is not on the house, but she is legally his spouse. Could she be hit up for fines and fees because of what he owes?
