Just started Custody/paternity process

I just took the DNA and it proved that I am the father. I'm so happy!! I am scheduled in 10 days to take the parenting domestic class and my Initial hearing isn't until 9 Jun. I don't have the required funds attorneys are asking. are there any attorneys that can offer me any advice on how to incorporate how to go about going for 50% physical and legal custody? I have a squeaky clean record and a decent job, just have lots of bills. How do they go about child support if I am rewarded 50%? are there any stipulations why I wouldnt get 50% physical and legal custody or more in tucson az? Please any advice or help would do. even if service can be provided at $650-700 (all I can afford)retainability fee???

Depending on whether the the mother of the child is fighting what you are desiring would depend on the retainer. I could possibly charge $650-$700.00 if the case is uncontested. If it is uncontested, I could draft the documents, do a child support calculation etc. to help with your case. I charge a $75.00 for a consultation fee for a half hour if you are interested in sitting down and discussing your case.
