Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
In the state of Arizona, is it considered child abondment if a non custodial parent does not see or contact their child for 14 mos?
1 Answer from Attorneys
Yes, which would give you a basis to seek to terminate his parental rights. 6 months of no contact and no support is Arizona's definition of abandonment.
