In the state of Arizona is it legal to no notify the other caller on the phone that the conversation is being recorded, if you are going to use those recordings in court later???

Yes, it is. Only one party has to know that the communication is being taped.
So long as one person who is participating in the conversation is aware it ie being taped, it is a legal recording and can be used in Court. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for defending whatever was recorded.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation
