Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

In the state of Arizona is it legal to no notify the other caller on the phone that the conversation is being recorded, if you are going to use those recordings in court later???

Yes, it is. Only one party has to know that the communication is being taped.

So long as one person who is participating in the conversation is aware it ie being taped, it is a legal recording and can be used in Court. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for defending whatever was recorded.
