Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
In the state of arizona can a parent take their child out of state on vacation without telling the other parent? Filed for divorce, not granted yet. I have the child all the time he visits for a few hours twice a week.

AZ rules specifically PROHIBIT the children from being taken outside the State while a divorce is pending unless the other parent AGREES IN WRITING or there is a Court Order which allows such.
SO, the answer is NO.
