In the state of Az should grants, food stamps and other sources of income be counted for the child support calculation?

generally the standard is whether someone is employed and what are their wages... if they are unemployed the court has authority to use the minimum wage standard in calculating wages... so it does not matter if the person is on food stamps... but "other sources of income" may count... for example if the person receives income from prior investments, that arguably can be used to calculate support
