Stopping legal adoption
Can I stop a termination of parental rights suit against
the biological father of my child? I initiated the cae and it
is a few months before the trial date. In addition, to this
point there has been no agreement made between the
two parties involved.

Without additional details, I am not certain that my answer will address your question, but generally speaking, if you are the petitioner in the case, you have the right to dismiss your petition.
