Can I sue my parents for kicking me out at 17?

Well, yes and no. Parents have a legal duty to provide for their children until they reach the age of majority, 18 in Arizona. Why did they "kick you out"? Are they still providing for your basic needs, like food, clothing and shelter? If not, you can contact the Department of Economic Services, Department of Child Safety, 1-888-SOS-CHILD (1-888-767-2445) or https://www.azdes.gov/dcyf/cps/reporting.asp. Also, any child age 16 or 17 can apply to the court for emancipation, which means you would be on your own and have to provide for yourself. Regardless, best of luck to you!
