Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Can I be sued for payment for medical treatment to my daughter that I did not agree with? We have joint legal custody, and it states medical, educational and religious issues will be decided by both parents. I have stated my position to both the office and the mother, prior to services being rendered.

In some instances, yes. It would depend on whether the procedure was medically necessary. I would need to know more.
