Within the Superior Court of AZ Maricopa County, can one file a Notice by Publication to an out of state party in their residing state for Filing a Foreign Judgment and modification of an existing court order? (Foreign Judgment and Child Custody/ Child Support)

The documents related to a Foreign Judgment (Notice and Affidavit) DO NOT NEED TO BE SERVED, and thus there is no need to "publish".

I would have concern serving a Petition to Modify Custody by publication, but would need to know more.

Publication would be INEFFECTIVE for serving a Petition to Modify Child Support. Such must be personally served.
