Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Switching Lawyers

I made a written agreement with my spouse on property division which was converted to an MSA by my spouses attorney. After thinking more about it I decided the deal was unfair. My attorney would not agree to represent me if I was going to backout of the deal. I have decided to hire a new attorney.

Our divorce began in Feburary 2006.

As far as you now am I bound by that agreement?

Re: Switching Lawyers

As far as I know, you are bound by the agreement. However, I would rather know more to see if there are any options.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
