Taking children to another state

My wife moved out. We have a 2 year old daughter and I would like to know if she could move to another state with her legally before our divorce is filed. We live in AZ. Thank You in advance for the reply.

If you have already filed for divorce then she may not remove your child unless and until the court orders it or you agree. If no one has filed, I urge you to get filed as soon as possible to ensure the preliminary injunction is in place to ban her from the move.
