Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Temporary order of support

My husband and I have been seperated for 5 weeks. We have 2 kids (1 common). Due to the financial situation that he left me in, I am representing myself. I have downloaded numerous forms from maricopa.gov selfhelp. I have no idea what to file first and in what order. We own a home ,have cars, etc. I have gotten gifts from mine/his parents that have made the last two house payments,etc. He has given me 400.00 and thats all. The house payment alone is 957.50. His net salary is app. $4500.00 a month. Due to me applying for conciliation there is a stay put on any procedings. Please help...Thank you'(He moved directly in with another woman and her 2 kids) an affair had been going on 11/2 months prior to him leaving)I need to file temporary support? right?In what order ,please be specific,thanks
