termination of parental rights

Paternity papers were not signed at time of childs birth however dna proved paternity when child support was filed child support dropped after 1 year due to no payments received child is 3 and i want his rights taken away one hundered percent he is dometically violent

Re: termination of parental rights

You are referring to a "Petition to Terminate Parental Rights". One basis for such is "abandonment" which can be defined as 6 months of no contact and no support. However, there are other issues which must be considered.
