Termination of parental rights.

Is it possible to terminate parental rights voluntarily in Arizona?

If you could please give me some info on the subject...it would be greatly appreciated!!!

A parent can certainly agree to terminate his or her parental rights. There can be agreements to do so, but it is better to actually turn the agreement into a Court order.
