Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I was threatened to be thrown in jail by attorney after I won my custody hearing outside in the lobby?

I won joint custody at my hearing today and afterwards I was standing in line waiting to file my paperwork and the attorney for (her) came up to me and told me he can't wait for the child support hearing/modification case in a few days because he plans to "nail me to the wall" and "file a motion to have me arrested due to back child support" He continued on to tell me that I am a deadbeat and so on, during which I told him he did not know what he was talking about and had only been on the case for a matter of months...

my question is can a lawyer talk trash and threaten me outside of a courtroom after the case is over? or is this a situation where I can file harrassment charges...?

This might be actionable. You could file a complaint with the State Bar of Arizona. You also might be able to sue for defamation of character if anything he said was untrue or prejudicial toward you. Best of luck.
