Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

What type of form would a lawyer send to a private investigator to that one of there clients hired to have the private investigator release the information to the attorney? I hired a P.I. and they have found the person I hired them to locate, but they said they would have to release the information to an attorney for there protection. So what kind of form would my lawyer send them just so I know what attorney's I am going to check out tell me the right info. Thanks

I guess I am a little confused by the question. It seems odd that the person YOU hired would refuse to provide the information YOU paid him to get.

In any event, I expect you would use the kind of attorney that deals with whatever issue it is that you needed to find the person for. If it is related to a Family Law issue, we can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
