Typo's
If I am served with divorce papers and I am listed as a male and I am a woman, specifically due to a typo, does the order become null and void because of the error? If so do I have to file a response?

Generally speaking the papers you where served with is not an order it is a petition... and yes you should file a timely response, but a error like that is easily correctable and an Ct order may be made against you with the correction...
