Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Unwed fathers rights

My ex fiance and I were together for a year living together in Mesa we broke up for irrelevant reasons, she then came to me 3 weeks later and told me she was pregnant with my child, she continued living in Mesa until she was almost 7 months and then she moved to tuscon to stay with her mother, she says she is not going to move back when the baby is born and that she is going to contest joint custody because she doesnt want to be away from the baby when he is that young, what are my rights for joint custody for my child when he is born?

Re: Unwed fathers rights

You have the right to seek primary custody of your child, or at least regular access.

I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
