violation of divorce decree
I have joint custody of both my children. (every other weekend and I get them both in the summer time. The mother/ex-wife moved out of Arizona to Kentucky about 2 years ago. I finally have an adress of the childrens location.
Have I past up some type of time limitation to do somthing about enforceing my divorce agreement?

Thank you for your inquiry. Depending on the way your paperwork is worded, you may have a remedy. Arizona law requires a parent to get a court order or the other parent's written permission before moving the children out of state. One difficulty for you may be that the relocation happened so long ago. You did not indicate whether you were permitted access to your children after they moved; that may also be a significant factor.
