Visitation with an infant

I live in Arizona and I'm an umarried mother that has a custody case with the father and I would like to get it to where he doesn't get any overnight visits. Is that possible?

Read the Maricopa County Guidelines. The typical time frames for infants are blocks of time and not overnights. However, it will be up to the judge if you don't reach agreements on it. If he has experience with babies, he may get more time that less time. It will depend on a lot of factors.
