Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
visitation interference
My son is 14 now. I am supposed to have have visitation with him during the summer for four weeks. His mom says no now and will not allow him to come. Below is EMAIL #2. EMAIL #1 say basically the same thing, but not enough space here to post it. Names removed. My son verbally told me he wants to come. I really do not have the funds to hire an attorney (sorry). What are my options? My sone lives in AZ.
EMAIL #2: i put a call into my Lawyer. spend the money if you want, but legally he will be 15 and what he told me verbally stands. i have no interest in taking you back to court to SHORTEN your time. your best left out of his and my life. Especially his. You'll only depress him with your tight fisted, cheap butt way you treat your step child and others. He has a better life with me. And he has really not that interested from what he tells me of seeing you again. Take it or leave it is what he told a counselor when i took him to one. I'll get you the read out from the Lawyer.... feel free to contact one yourself.

Re: visitation interference
She has no right to unilaterally change things nor does a child get to decide. I would demand your parenting time.
