Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Visitation with non-custodial parent

I have joint custody of my 2 sons ages 6 and 9. I reside in CA and my ex resides in AZ. My ex husband has a girlfriend who just moved in with him. She also has two children. My ex informed that CPS is investigating her. In addition to that, I learned that she is a convicted felon. What rights do I have regarding visitation with the father. I am really concerned about this mainly because my kids do not visit just for short periods of time.

I think you absolutely have the right to seek some sort of restrictions on Father's access to the children.

I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagaine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Audrey to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.

Re: Visitation with non-custodial parent

You need to file an OSC with the Court and/or you may need to modify your current custody agreement. More information is needed, but you do have many options. Good luck

Set up OSC hearing with court to discuss this. Not what rights do you have but what responsibility do you have to protect your kids. Do it.
