Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Visitation and Relocation

My son's mother was granted relocation of my child to Utah (from Arizona) which I originally agreed. But since October 2006, she has violated court order visitation phone contact and is deceiving the courts stating she is in Utah when in fact she is still in Arizona and still denying me visitation. What is the next step? Do I file a motion of deny the original request for relocation? All my efforts to have a relationship with him are being shot down. Why can't the judge see that? I want my son to stay in Arizona. Right now all I have is once a year visitation in Utah which is not enough. Please help me.

Re: Visitation and Relocation

If you can prove she is still in AZ, you may be able to ask the court to modify the existing orders. You can also enforce her noncompliance with existing orders.

We offer a free 30 minute consultation, so please feel free to contact our office to schedule a time to speak with one of our attorneys.

Re: Visitation and Relocation

You can, and should, file a Petition to Modify your current Orders.

We can absolutely help you get back to a more normal schedule given Mom's return. This should of course include frequent and regular access.

I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail.

We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
