voluntarily relinquishing parental rights of an unborn child
My husband and I seperated for about a year and recently got back together. I am pregnant and the father of this baby is not my husband and he has made it very clear that he wants nothing to do with me or the baby and will go to great lengths to avoid having to take any responsibility for the baby. I don't want him involved in my baby's life. Is there a way we can terminate his parental rights before the baby is born or do I have to wait until the baby is born. There is a possibility that my husband will adopt this baby in the future.

Any child born during a marriage is presumed by the law to be a child of that marriage.
However, to protect you in the future, I would recommend getting a formal "termination", and further a formal acknowldgement by your present Husband that he intends to remain responsible for the child (in case you two again separate).
By agreement, this is a process that can be started prior to the birth. If the natural Father will not agree, on the other hand, it is a process which will need to be started after the child's birth.
