wanna know if legally i can find out if a kid is mine??? Ive approached the mother but she refuses to answer question.

Absolutely. We could approach her on your behalf and DEMAND a paternity test. If she still refuses, you can file a "Complaint in Paternity". She will then have to admit or deny that you are the Father. If she denies, the Court will ORDER her to participate in genetic testing.
