Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
me and my wife have 2 kids 6 and 2yo can the kids be split up one with each of us?

If you and your wife agree that a split arrangement is in your kids' best interests, then the court is likely to accept that agreement; however, if you disagree about whether the kids should be split, it is extremely unlikely that the judge will do so.
That can occur if the two of you agree, but is unlikely to be ordered over the objection of one parent.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options in this custoy matter.
